Senator Nick Pisciottano in partnership with The American Legion Department of Pennsylvania host Veteran Assistance Outreach the 2nd Monday of each month from 10am-2pm at the Plum Borough Community Library located at 445 Center New Texas Road in Plum.

Military veterans will meet with an American Legion representative to discuss veteran assistance opportunities including new or existing veteran benefit applications.

Free Shredding Event

Gateway High School Football Stadium Parking Lot 3000 Gateway Campus Blvd., Monroeville

Consumer fraud and identity theft are a significant concern and to raise awareness and promote prevention, Senator Nick Pisciottano and Representative Brandon Markosek are hosting a shredding event to give individuals the opportunity to have unneeded documents destroyed FREE of charge.

PAPER ONLY PLEASE. NO BINDERS, BINDER CLIPS OR BOOKS

This event is for individuals only, no businesses please. Two (2) box limit per car.

ACCEPTING DONATIONS FOR THE GREATER PITTSBURGH COMMUNITY FOOD BANK

Non-perishable food items only. No glass please.

A donation is not required to participate in the Shredding Event.

*Document shredding will occur onsite with the shredded paper later to be recycled.
